These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website, operated by Shelburne Farms for the Lenses on the Land program. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who This Site Is For

This site is for people participating in, or interested in participating in, the Lenses on the Land photography program at Shelburne Farms: registering for the program, managing your profile, and staying up to date on events.

2. Your Account

When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact us right away.

3. Acceptable Use

Please use this site respectfully. You agree not to use it to violate any law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its data, to interfere with the site's normal operation, or to submit false or misleading information.

4. Your Photos

If you share photographs with us through this program, a separate document, the Shelburne Farms Photo License, describes the rights you grant us to use them and the rights you keep. That license is part of these Terms.

5. Content on This Site

Other than photographs covered by the Photo License, the text, graphics, and design of this website belong to Shelburne Farms. You're welcome to share links to this site, but please don't copy or reuse its content without asking us first.

6. No Guarantees

We do our best to keep this site accurate, secure, and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure. The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shelburne Farms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
